Terms of Service

By using the Fresh Feel Cleaning website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking & cancellation

Recurring service can be paused or cancelled with 24 hours notice. One-time and move-in/move-out bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

The Fresh Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. The guarantee covers the scope of services included in your package.

Payment

Residential payments are due at the time of service. Commercial accounts are billed net-15 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Liability

Fresh Feel Cleaning maintains commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours.
